Chairman of the Board
Dr. Lateef is a practicing ophthalmologist in northern Virginia with over 25 years in clinical practice and is regularly recognized as one of the Top Doctors in Northern Virginia. He founded and leads Advanced Ophthalmology, Inc. and serves as Assistant Clinical Professor at George Washington University School of Medicine. From 2016 to 2024, he chaired both the Audit Committee and the Health System Board at the University of Virginia Board of Visitors, overseeing a $7 billion operation.
